Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@shamsfinejewelry.com, including your order number and contact details.
Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shamsfinejewelry.com, providing:
your order number
clear photos of the item and its packaging
If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

We do not offer exchanges.
In case of approved damage or error, our team will manage the resolution directly.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
