At the moment, Shams Jewelry delivers exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.
When will my order be delivered after purchase?
Each Shams Jewelry piece is crafted on demand after your order is confirmed and paid.
Production typically takes 14–21 days before your order is shipped.

What materials do you use?
All Shams Jewelry pieces are crafted in 18K gold, set with VS–SI1 clarity, F-G color diamonds and ethically
sourced gemstones. Selected designs are enhanced with refined, high-quality enamel detailing.

Yes — every Shams piece is made using genuine 18K gold and certified conflict-free natural diamonds.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each piece is handcrafted and often made-to-order, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
What if my jewelry breaks or needs repair?
We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects within 6 months of purchase. After that period, repair services are available for a small fee.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
